All our items are handcrafted, made to order, and may show slight variations in color, texture, or size. These are not defects, but unique features of handmade art.

2. Orders & Processing Time
    •    Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
    •    Since every piece is handmade from scratch, processing takes 10–14 days before shipping.
    •    Custom orders may take longer based on complexity.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing includes applicable taxes but excludes shipping unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping
    •    We ship via trusted courier partners.
    •    Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.
    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
    •    We do not accept returns or cancellations.
    •    Refunds or replacements are offered only if an item is damaged during transit.
    •    Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
