Litti Chokha is a traditional Indian dish consisting of whole wheat dough balls stuffed with a spiced mix of roasted gram flour called litti which is usually served with mashed roasted eggplant (baingan chokha), mashed boiled or roasted potatoes (aloo chokha), mashed roasted tomatoes (tamatar chokha), melted ghee (clarified butter) and salad.

This miniature dish has been hand sculpted from scratch using polymer clay. Various tools, chalk pastels were used on it for added effects and then sealed with glaze.
